About this site
This website is operated by the California National Party (CNP), a political committee registered with the California Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC). The CNP's Statement of Organization (FPPC Form 410) and Semi-Annual Campaign Statements (FPPC Form 460) are available by writing to the FPPC at 428 J Street, Suite 620, Sacramento CA 95814.
Use of the site
This site is provided for informational and political-organizing purposes. You may read, share, and link to its content freely. You may not:
- Submit spam or automated bulk submissions to our forms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems, or interfere with their operation.
- Use the site to harass, threaten, defame, or harm any individual.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Donations and memberships
Donations and membership payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe) on Stripe-hosted pages. The CNP never sees your card details.
Donations to the California National Party are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes (under IRC § 170(a)(1)). By contributing, you certify that the contribution is made from your own funds, that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you are a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident.
Refund requests are handled case by case — email operations@cnp-dev.org.
Content you submit
If you send us a message through this site, you grant the CNP the right to read and respond to your message. We will not publish it publicly without your permission.
Third-party content
This site may link to external websites and embed content (videos, maps) from third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites and services.
The "Cal The Bear" chatbot
Cal is an AI-powered chatbot intended to help visitors learn about the CNP's platform. Cal can make mistakes. Cal's answers do not constitute official CNP policy unless they are also stated on this site. If Cal says something that contradicts a published CNP statement, the published statement controls.

The CNP makes no guarantees that the site will be available, accurate, complete, or error-free, and disclaims liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
